How can we help?

Answers to the questions creators ask most. Can’t find yours? Email us and a human will read it.

Getting started

How do I create my page?
Sign up, pick the username that becomes your link, and follow the short onboarding to add your photo, business type and category. You land in the dashboard with a page that is already live — everything after that is editing.
What will my page address be?
Your page is available at tribearn.com/your-username straight away. You can add your own domain later without changing anything else — see Domains & links.
Can I change my username later?
Yes, from Settings → Domains & Links. Bear in mind any link you have already shared with your old username will stop working, so change it early if you can.
Do I need to pay before I can publish?
No. You can build and publish your page first. Payment details are only needed when you want to start taking money from customers.

Your page & design

How do I add things to my page?
Everything on your page is a block. Open Design and add blocks for links, videos, embeds, your location, socials and more, then drag them into the order you want.
Can I change the colours and fonts?
Yes — Design has Theme, Background and Layout tabs covering colours, fonts, backgrounds (including image, gradient and blur) and how your content is arranged. The live preview updates as you go.
Does the site’s dark mode change how visitors see my page?
No. Dark mode applies to your dashboard and the Tribearn site only. Your public page always renders in the colours you chose under Design, whatever theme a visitor is using.
Can I build a full landing page, not just my profile?
Yes. Pages gives you a drag-and-drop builder with navbar, footer, video, testimonial, countdown, slider, form and other blocks, and you can start from a template.

Selling

What can I sell?
Digital products, online courses, live and multi-day events, recurring memberships, one-to-one services and bundled packages. Each has its own section in the dashboard, and anything you publish can be added to your page.
How do course students work?
Courses can run self-paced or as cohorts with their own roster and scheduled sessions. Lessons play in the page, and you can add quizzes that grade automatically and record a pass state and best score.
Can I take bookings for a specific time?
Yes. Services let you publish your availability and take bookings against real time slots. An abandoned checkout releases the slot again for the next customer.
Can I price in more than one currency?
Yes. Multi-currency pricing lets you set what each offering costs per currency, rather than converting at checkout.

Payments & payouts

How do I start accepting payments?
Connect your payout account from the Payouts section. Once it is verified, checkout is enabled on everything you have published.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are settled to the bank account on your connected payment account, on that provider’s settlement schedule. You can follow the status of every sale under Transactions.
Where can I see what I have sold?
Transactions lists every payment with its status, and Stats shows how your page and offerings are performing over time.

Tax & invoices

Do I need to turn on GST?
Only if you are GST-registered. If you are under the ₹20 lakh threshold — which most creators starting out are — leave it switched off. You can enable it later under Settings → Tax & GST and add your GSTIN once.
How do I set the right rate for what I sell?
Rates live in tax categories, not on each product. Pick a category such as “Online course” or “Live event” — each already carries its SAC code and rate — then choose it on a plan, event, course or service. Change the rate once and every item using that category follows.
Does adding GST change my prices?
No. Prices stay all-inclusive: ₹999 still means ₹999 to the customer, with the tax taken out of that amount rather than added on top.
Why do some invoices show CGST and SGST, and others IGST?
It follows where your customer is. A buyer in your own state is an intra-state sale and splits into CGST and SGST; a buyer elsewhere in India is inter-state and shows a single IGST line. Customers pick their state at checkout so the right one lands on the invoice.
What happens when I sell to someone outside India?
No GST is charged. A sale to a buyer abroad is an export of services rather than a domestic supply, so it is invoiced without tax. If you are registered, the usual export conditions and paperwork still apply at your end — worth confirming with your CA.
My customer is a business with a GSTIN. Can that go on the invoice?
Yes. If a customer supplies their GSTIN it is recorded against them and printed on the invoice, so they can claim input credit.
Does GST apply to membership renewals too?
Yes. A renewal is charged and invoiced the same way as the first payment, using the tax category on the plan at the time the renewal is taken.
If I change a rate later, do my old invoices change?
No. The tax is worked out at the moment of purchase and stored on that order, so an invoice always shows what was actually charged. A new rate only affects sales made after you change it.
What do I need to fill in before invoices look right?
Under Settings → Invoice format, add your business or legal name, PAN, GSTIN if you have one, a billing email and phone, and your registered address including state and pincode. That is what appears on the invoice your customer receives.
Can I get what my accountant needs?
Yes. You can download a month’s GSTR-1 as a spreadsheet for your CA, or as a JSON file for the GST portal.
I am not in India — does any of this apply?
Not applicable for now. GST support is built for India, so if your country is set to anything else no tax is calculated on your sales and the Tax & GST and Invoice format settings do not apply to your account. Meeting the tax rules where you are stays your responsibility.

Community & engagement

How do I collect reviews?
Ask customers by email, or share an open review link anyone can use. Reviews appear on a public page in your own design scheme, and your rating shows on your profile card. Requests can also go out automatically after a purchase.
What are Instagram automations?
Connect Instagram and reply to comments with a DM automatically. You can target a specific post, match on keywords (or leave the list empty to reply to everyone), personalise the message with the commenter’s name, and set a delay.
Is there a chatbot for my page?
Yes. An optional AI assistant answers visitors’ questions about your offerings, grounded only in what you have actually published. You can switch it off under Settings → General.
Can I email the people who subscribe?
Subscribers are collected from your page and lead magnets, and Settings → Integrations connects tools like Mailchimp for sending.

Domains & links

Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add it under Settings → Domains & Links and point your DNS at us. Your page then serves from your domain instead of your tribearn.com link.
Will my old links keep working?
Yes. Adding a custom domain does not retire your tribearn.com address — both continue to resolve to the same page.
How do I share my page offline?
Your dashboard can generate a QR code for your page, which you can print on a card, poster or shopfront.

Account & security

How do I sign in?
With your email and password, or in a single tap with Google. Your session survives a browser restart, so you should not need to sign in repeatedly.
I have forgotten my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings → Security. If you would rather have your data removed by hand, see Data deletion.
