Instagram Auto DM

Turn every comment into a conversation

The gap between “drop a comment” and “here’s the link” is where most creators lose the sale. Connect your Instagram account, decide what a comment, story reply or keyword should trigger, and the DM goes out on its own — a card or carousel carrying up to three buttons that point at your own events, plans and products. Ask for a follow before the link arrives, and for an email or a phone number, and you turn a comment into a follower and a contact you can actually reach. Then see how many people actually tapped, followed and signed up — per automation.

Built in, not bolted on

Powerful capabilities, zero setup

The essentials that make instagram auto dm effortless — ready the moment you sign up.

Never miss a comment

Triggers that fit the post

React to comments on every post or just one, to story replies, or to a keyword sent in DMs. Leave the keyword list empty to reply to everyone.

DMs worth opening

Send plain text, a card with an image and a headline, or a carousel of up to five swipeable slides — each with its own buttons.

Plain text, a card, or up to 5 slides
Every slide gets its own image and buttons
An optional public reply on the comment first

Your catalog

One tap to buy

Buttons that sell

Pick an event, plan, product or course from a list instead of pasting a link. Up to three buttons on a message, and three on every slide.

Or paste any link you like

Follow gate

Ask for a follow first, in your own words, then check and deliver. If Instagram won’t tell us whether they follow you, your fallback decides what happens.

Your wording for the ask, and for the nudge
Checked automatically, up to three tries
Then your fallback decides: send anyway, or stop
Own your audience

Email & phone capture

Ask for an email, a phone number, or both — they simply reply in the thread. No form, no extra tap, and nothing for them to leave the app for. The list is yours to export whenever you like.

They reply with it — no form, no extra tap
Ask for an email, a number, or both in turn
Throwaway addresses turned away automatically
Export the whole list as a CSV, any time
Proof, not guesswork

Real clicks, real followers, real emails

Three numbers you can act on, each honest about what it leaves out — and each one shown per automation, so you can tell which rule is actually earning its keep.

Taps counted on a link of your own, bots and link previews left out
Followers counted only when they weren’t already following you
Leads counted from the list itself, so the number and the list agree
All three per automation, not just totals
Safe by design

Guardrails by default

Once per person, skip anyone already in a conversation, randomized delays, business-hours-only sending and a daily cap.

How it works

From sign-up to live in four simple steps — no developers, no setup calls.

1

Step 01

Connect Instagram

Sign in with Instagram. No Facebook Page, no developer account.

2

Step 02

Pick your trigger

Comments, story replies or a DM keyword — and which post it applies to.

3

Step 03

Write the DM

Text, a card or a carousel, with buttons pointing at what you’re selling.

4

Step 04

Set limits, go live

Choose a delay, business hours and a daily cap — then watch DMs, clicks, follows and emails come in.

01

Connecting your account

4 included
  • Sign in with Instagram — no Facebook Page needed
  • Connect more than one account, and point each automation at the one it belongs to
  • Safety settings live per account, so your main and side accounts can behave differently
  • Your connection stays live on its own — no reconnecting every couple of months
02

What sets an automation off

5 included
  • A comment on any post, or on one specific post
  • A reply to your story
  • A keyword sent to you in DMs, matched loosely or exactly
  • No keywords at all — the catch-all, for replying to everyone who comments
  • An optional public reply left on the comment before the DM goes out
03

What the DM carries

6 included
  • Plain text, or text with a button
  • A card — image, headline, description and buttons
  • A carousel of up to five slides people swipe through
  • Up to three buttons on the message, and up to three on every slide
  • Buttons pointing at your own events, plans, products and courses, or any link you paste
  • The commenter’s name dropped into your copy
04

Before the link is handed over

4 included
  • Ask for a follow, an email address, a phone number — any of them, in that order
  • Your own wording for every ask, and for the nudge if the answer isn’t right yet
  • Three tries each, then your fallback decides: send anyway, or stop
  • Abandoned conversations close themselves, so your numbers stay honest
05

The contacts you collect

6 included
  • They reply in the thread — no form to open, no extra tap, nothing to leave Instagram for
  • Written however people write — “sure, it’s me@example.com” and “+91 98765 43210” both work
  • Throwaway and temp-mail addresses turned away, and the person asked again
  • Ask for an email, a number, or both — the second question follows the first
  • Every contact on a Leads tab of your own, exportable as a CSV whenever you want it
  • Ask for the follow first and you keep all of it — a follower and a way to reach them
06

Staying on the right side of Instagram

5 included
  • Once per person, and skip anyone you’re already talking to
  • Randomized delays from instant up to five minutes
  • Business-hours-only sending
  • A daily cap on how many DMs go out
  • Every send logged as sent, skipped with a reason, or failed
07

Knowing what worked

6 included
  • DMs sent, button clicks, and clicks as a share of DMs
  • Followers gained — counting only people who weren’t already following you
  • Leads captured, matching the list on your Leads tab exactly
  • The same four numbers per automation, so you can tell which one earns its keep
  • An activity feed of everything that fired, including what was skipped and why
  • A daily summary email of what your automations did

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Facebook Page?+

No. You sign in with Instagram directly. You do need a professional account — creator or business — which is a free switch in your Instagram settings.

Can I run this on more than one account?+

Yes. Connect several accounts and each automation runs on the one you choose. Safety settings are per account, so your accounts don’t share a daily cap.

What can set off an automation?+

A comment on your post, a reply to your story, or a keyword sent to you in DMs. Keywords can match loosely or exactly, and leaving the list empty replies to everyone who comments.

Can I ask people to follow me first?+

Yes — the follow gate asks for a follow, checks, then hands over the link. You write the wording, and you decide what happens after three tries: send it anyway, or stop there.

Can I collect email addresses too?+

Yes — and phone numbers. Ask and they reply in the thread: no form to open, no extra tap, nothing to leave Instagram for, which is why more people finish. It reads the answer out of however they write it, so “sure, it’s me@example.com” and “+91 98765 43210” both work. Everything lands on a Leads tab you can export as a CSV.

Can I ask for a phone number?+

Yes. It works exactly like the email question and runs straight after it when both are on, so the person answers twice and then gets your link. Numbers are stored as typed — no country code is added on your behalf, because guessing one would put a number that dials somewhere else on your list.

What if someone gives a fake or temporary email?+

Throwaway and temp-mail domains are turned away and the person is asked again, so those addresses never reach your list. A wrong answer costs one of the three tries, and after that your fallback decides whether the DM still goes out.

Can I ask for a follow, an email and a number?+

Yes — turn on whichever you want and they run in that order, then your DM. Worth knowing that each step is another message: all three turns a comment into a four-message conversation rather than one reply, and every extra step costs some people. Start with one and add the next only if the first is converting.

How do I know how many followers an automation won?+

Followers gained is on your dashboard and on every automation row. It counts only people who weren’t following you when the conversation started — someone who already followed isn’t a follower the automation earned, so they aren’t counted.

How do you know a button was tapped?+

Buttons go through a short link of ours, so the tap is counted before the person lands on your page. Obvious bots and link-preview fetches are left out of the count.

Will this get my account flagged?+

The guardrails exist for that: one DM per person, nobody you’re already talking to, a randomized delay, business hours only, and a daily cap you set. Every send is logged so you can see exactly what went out.

Can I send an image, a video or a voice note?+

Not yet. Today a DM can be text, a card or a carousel — each with buttons. Media and voice DMs are on the roadmap.
